The Flight Alert form allows you to create a Flight Alerts for a particular flight. A Flight Alert will periodically check the class code inventory of the specified flight to see if the inventory level has changed to satisfy the alert parameters. If so, ExpertFlyer will notify you as to what the new class code value is.
The descriptive name for the alert
The airport pair, date, airline, and flight number of the flight segment that the alert will monitor
This is the class code to be monitored. It can be a regular fare class code or a supported Award or Upgrade class code for the airline. Each Flight Alert can only monitor 1 inventory class.
A Flight Alert can alert you to when the value of the class code has increased to at least specified quantity or decreased below a specified quantity.
Just like a Flight Availability search, a Flight Alert can monitory class availability for different points of sale.
