ExpertFlyer 5-Day Free Trial and Refund Policy
ExpertFlyer offers a free 5-day trial on new first time accounts. We will not bill your credit card for the subscription amount during the first five days of your new account. If you cancel your account during the 5 days after your original signup, you won't be charged. If you cancel after you are billed, no refunds will be issued. For example, if you sign up at 5:10pm on January 1st, you have to set your account not to renew before 5:10pm on January 6th to not be charged.
If you cancel your subscription after the 5 day trial period and before your current subscription period expires, you won't be charged again and your account will become inactive at the end of the subscription period, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
If you purchased a Gift Certificate and the recipient determines that the ExpertFlyer service does not meet their needs, they can request a manual refund which will be issued to the purchaser of the gift certificate. This request must take place within the 5-day Trial Period of the recipient redeeming the gift certificate and within 120 days of the original purchase date of the gift certificate. Gift certificates are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable by request of the purchaser.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the My Account link in the navigation bar on the right side of the screen after you log in. You must then click on the Subscription tab, set the Renewal Type to "No Renewal" and then click the Save button.
